FAQ


1. Do I need a visa to go to Indonesia?
It depends on your country of origin. Indonesia applies Visa on Arrival to nationals from 63 countries. 11 countries and territories are also granted Visa Free facility. For information on whether your country is enlisted,  please check: http://www.indo.com/tplan/visa.html.

2. Will I be assisted in applying for the visa?
As most countries are eligible to get Visa on Arrival (VoA), we believe that you will be able to manage this process upon your arrival. However, under certain circumstances, we will be more than glad to provide you with a Letter of Acceptance for the convenience of visa application.

3. Will I be assisted in making the hotel reservations?
We have listed some hotels near UPH that may be used for accommodation (link). Feel free to contact them, but we can also assist you in managing your reservation if necessary.

4. I want to submit two papers. Do I need to pay the registration fee twice?
No. If you’d like to submit two papers, you just pay for the registration fee once. However, it is not guaranteed that we will accept both of your papers. 

5. The paper that I’d like to submit is a multi-author paper. How should we register?
Each attendant must pay the registration fee. The amount you pay depends on the number of attendants, not the number of authors.

6. May I submit a paper without presenting it?
Yes, it is possible for the participant to only submit the paper without doing the presentation. However, you still have to pay the registration fee when you submit your full paper.
